Lightbulb Help with kids and chores

I need to start a proper chore routine for my 7 year old twin girls. I was thinking they should have to do certain chores, then maybe get pocket money for extra jobs. I have 1 daughter who is quite easily bribeable and thrives on completing tasks, marking them off, earning rewards and understands the loss of treats for not doing as she's told. The other one is a complete nightmare and seems almost unbribeable! I can't seem to find her archilles heel .

I would appreciate any and all advice, experiences and ideas please. What you've found works or doesn't work, thoughts on pocketmoney, charts, stickers, bribes, what you take away for non compliance ... any ideas please .

Thanks so much.

My friend just pointed me in the direction of Accountablekids.com Looks like a great program and easy to implement. She RAVES about it! Not sure if they ship international or not, but the program looks do able without buying their stuff (though probably just the same $$ to buy stuff)

I am a twin myself and I just loved looking at your gallery. I am sure you have your hands full!! I look after my two gds when my daughter is working and taking things away usually works. My one gd has a special friend she loves to have come over to play. If that privelege is taken away she is devasted so tends to behave herself to keep that privelege. Each child is different so you will have to watch and see what is the most important thing to your daughter. All the best to you!!
