Default Thanks for the Inspiration

I want to say thank you to all the old and new scrappers at DD who have been a source of inspiration every morning as I scrolled through the pages. It has been an extremely difficult year for our marriage. We have been sorting through issues, new and old, that are the result of DH’s many years of travel and workaholism. The internet has been a wonderful tool for business and communication but it has it’s dark side as well. I’d recommend that every woman be aware of what is available with just a click of a mouse. Last week was our 42nd anniversary. By the grace of God, our commitment to each other, a good therapist and Prozac we will make it to fifty! We have been traveling a lot, I have tons of things to scrap and finally feel like I can focus long enough to make a page and leave some comments. Thanks again for your inspiration.

Deanie

Hello Deanie, I have so missed you. I'm sorry you've had such a terrible time of it this year - I also know too well the constant vigilance needed to manage the dark side of the net. I do admire your courage and resilience - my thoughts are with you - so very nice to hear from you again.

Ah Deanie, those struggles can break us or strengthen us. I'm so glad you have been able to work through them and look forward together. btdt even in my short years of marriage, but we made it to 10 with professional help. That's what it's there for! Wishing you love and light in the years ahead.

Plus, I will be SURE to be in touch with both you and Amy when I hit GA again. I know I need to keep in f2f touch with my friend down there. That's a threat AND a promise!

Nice to see you Deanie! Had to chuckle at the comment of the therapist and prozac but I sincerely hope you make it to 50 and beyond. I look forward to seeing the pages from your adventures!
