Yay! I'm sure you'll love it. You'll have to let us know about that book, too. I'm always looking for good books. :O)

download calibre - Open books to your computer. It's a great tool for keeping a library. also will convert books to Nook format and transfer to Nook very easily.

I like my Nook! I have not started renting from the library yet, but I have downloaded some free and $0.99 books and really like being able to browse the internet away from my computer! And they just came out with the Doodlejump app! Yay!!!

Have fun!

Did you know you can create your own wallpaper with your DD supplies! I like to play with the kits and then I get to see the finished product when I turn on my Nook Color. I was just thinking that I need to create some wallpaper for the fall months, or maybe several wallpapers since I have purchased so many autumn-themed kits and elements.

Just create your wallpaper as 1024 pixels high and 600 pixels wide, or if you want a two-screen wide wallpaper, create it at 1024 high and 1200 wide, or even a three-screen wallpaper at 1024 high and 1800 pixels wide. Save the finished wallpaper as a jpg. Connect your NC to your computer, then drag the wallpaper jpg into the "screensavers" folder on your NC. Once you have several loaded on to your NC, you can switch between them whenever you choose.

Enjoy your Nook Color!
