Oh Heather, I could go on for days! Loved "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak, anything by Giles Blunt (Canadian police detective series),"Fauna" by Alissa York (set in To and the Don Valley), anything by Maureen Jennings (Victorian To, are you sensing a theme?). I read "Malcolm X: a Life of Reinvention", by Manning Marable, a little weighty, but very well written and fascinating subject. "Northern Light" by Roy MacGregor, about Tom Thomson and his mysterious death. "Secret Daughter: A Novel" by Shilpi Somya Gowda, "Touch" by Alexi Zentner, a little odd, but enjoyable anyway and "The Hunger Games", "Catching Fire" and "Mockingjay" by Suzanne Collins. OK, I'll stop now...enjoy!
