Default James Dean picture?

I have this picture in my head that I would like to use on a page - James Dean leaning casually up against a car, smoking (I think). I have a hard time believing this is a product of my imagination, yet I can't find this specific picture anywhere on the internet. Can anyone help me sort out if

1) this picture exists?
2) where I can find it?

It might be from a movie, it might not be.

Thanks!

I can see it in my head, too, Heidi, but don't know if it's from a movie -- maybe Rebel Without a Cause? Actually, I don't think I've ever seen a James Dean movie. I should do something about that!

I immediately thought of the Rebel Without a Cause poster, but I'm not sure. Either one of these close?

Try one of these Anexla. I think that just about all of his photos were with a cigarette!! LOL

I can vividly remember when James Dean was making movies . . . probably because my parents and the parents of all of my friends wouldn't let us watch his movies! He died with I was about ten years old. I do remember going to see Giant sometime after Dean's death. The mother of one of my friends who was also our Girl Scout leader took all of us (girls in our Girl Scout troop) to see it probably when we were about 12 years old.

Try this one...Dean and his car. I read some of the articles on him now, and it's interesting I recall reports of 'high speeds'. Apparently, his Porsche was clocked at 65mph. Yes, I was a child when he died but it's the speeding that sticks in my head, not the smoking which was so common in the 50s. I guess that could have been considered a high speed on winding two lane CA roads. Funny, what sticks in your mind...

Wow, what a great amount of gorgeous pics! Unfortunately, the one I'm after is still lurking unnoticed somewhere, but I think I'll go for one of these instead.

Thank you so much for helping me out with this!

I couldn't help looking, either, but couldn't find any more to add. James certainly did a lot of leaning and smoking, didn't he?!!

LOL, Esther, that is so true!

I'm afraid it's not any of the links that's been provided so far. I really appreciate all of you searching with me here. Thank you!

I'm starting to think that maybe it wasn't James Dean after all? It sounds strange though, when so many of us have this specific picture in our heads...

It's making me crazy, too. I swear I know exactly what picture this is but I can't find it either. I even went so far as to see if it was a Paul Newman photo rather than James Dean. It wasn't. grrrr

Yes, I looked through 3,600 male movie actor images. (I can be a bit dogged like that!) I couldn't see anything like the image I had in my head. Pity we can't share the images in our heads to see if we're all thinking of the same thing!
