Default Just Dance!

For any of you that are trying to get more exercise into your days, I heartily recommend Just Dance 2 for Wii! (It is available for other systems too.) I have been using it every day and it is really a workout, has me huffing and puffing and sweating, but it is lots of fun at the same time. There's even a challenge part to it. My children would laugh hysterically if they could see their parents dancing side by side with James Brown to "I Feel Good!"

I have been hearing SO many people talk about this game!! We use the wii fit, and we got the kids the Nickelodeon Fit for Christmas...they love that they can navigate through it without our help, and it still keeps them moving! I'm going to check out Just Dance 2, also!!

I don't know if that's the one our friends got, but I danced to "Cotton-Eyed Joe" and "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" while all the guys laughed at me. My husband's best friend said, "Did you know she had moves like that?" It was a riot.

I had a "House Party" for Just Dance 2 and my daughters had their friends over in October. Each and every girl got it for Christmas. Loads of fun for all ages. When parents came to pick up their kids, they ended up playing too. There is a Michael Jackson Experience Wii game as well. All MJ songs and his choreography. Even harder but brings back fun memories. Great family games.

We have Just Dance 1 and got the Just Dance 2 for Christmas this year. I loved #1 but haven't tried #2 yet although I've been hearing great things about it. We also have the Michael Jackson Experience for the Wii and I LOVE that one! Great workout and I love the songs. Even more surprisingly is the fact that I can actually get the dance moves down better on MJ's game than I can on the Just Dance ones.

I bought it and tried one song, with just my arms and it was fun. As I become more stable, I will try with my feet too. It was fun!
