Angry and violated!

Oh Connie I'm so sorry you are going through this. It's just the most horrible experience, I've been burgled twice in two different homes I lived in. You feel violated, you don't feel safe. I felt like my stuff isn't that great, but I worked darn hard for it and how dare someone think they can come in and pick over my things. I ended up throwing out all my underwear and buying new stuff being that the burglar had gone through my drawers. It's just the most hideous feeling.

And I hear what you are saying Sarah. One of the burglaries I had they took all my CD's, a lot of mine were brass band CD's and some autographed, so I couldn't get those replaced. And I just know that when they looked through their loot they would have tossed the lot because they weren't hip and cool CD's.

My heart goes out to anyone who has had this happen to them. Connie I hope that your insurance company looks after you. But the irreplacable things, that's the heart ache.
