Dear Deanie,
I am VERY sorry to hear how you're feeling and can completely empathize (I do mean that). I won't go into the boring details, but that one has been part of my issues for a very long time and I have had terrible support from the medical community. Depression can/is very lonely and isolating and unless you've been through it, you can't imagine the challenges it brings. I just want you to know, with all my heart, that I would be honored to chat with you (risa@sobusy.com) anytime you need to get de-stress and discuss issues you think no one else might understand. Believe me, I "do". If there is anything I can do to help you, put a smile on your face or just discuss issues, PLEASE don't hesitate to write. I'm a very good listener and who knows, maybe we can help support each other and both feel much better sooner I hope to hear from you. In the interim, do exactly what your body tells you it needs, see your doctor (I pray they are helpful) and don't you dare feel guilty about an illness that is completely out of your control!
