So, yesterday I posted a layout on my word inspiration for 2010, Balance, and tonight I happened to be looking at the comments. (Thanks for those, by the way.
) The thing is, I'm looking at the DD site...from work. It's Sunday night in California and I'm at work, and this is not atypical for me. Sigh. This balance thing is going to be harder than I thought!

Whoops! I meant to post this in the NSBR Chit-Chat forum. Sorry about that! Randy, please move this thread as appropriate.
Sarah and Katrina, thanks for the encouragement. I'll keep trying! P.S. The goodies on my avatar--all DD.

Oh I re-read your initial post. I thought you meant you were slipping as in balance by stopping in for a digi fix while you were at work! LOL
Now I get it, you were actually at work on a Sunday night. tsk tsk Maybe the balance is that you've actually recognised it and will put it to rights. Just a different way of thinking about it.

LOL you guys! Yes, I see that--I could have worded my initial post a bit better. Funny--as much time as I spend at the DD site (and it's a lot!), I don't think that part of my life is out of balance.

I love that layout, Shirley!
And, I think that your plan to add more "balance" in your life is a great one . . . I need to do the same. We should be next door neighbors and work together on this one . . . it is a biggie. I'll just bet that 99 % of the gals here could use balance as their word of the year too.![]() If any of your are the 1% who have a balanced life speak up and tell us your method of achieving it!!!

It's a continual process for sure... although, if you are checking out DD while at work, I'd say you have your priorities in mind!
