Wonderful thread ladies, thanks for so many suggestions. We LOVE LOVE LOVE a charlie brown christmas around here. I also have the original David bowie/Bing Crosby Peace on earth/The little drummer boy on constant play here (it's part of a sleigh full of songs compilation) and Josh Groban- Noel.

Yes, the David Bowie/Bing Crosby is a classic here as well - one of the most beautiful (and totally unlikely) duets of all time

I LOVE David Bowie (Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies) and I totally forgot about Bare Naked Ladies! Had no idea about that duet. Must go back to Itunes. :O)

You may or may not know him, but there's a Jazz musician (trumpet/horn/trombone, etc etc) in Australia called James Morrison. I absolutely adore his Christmas CD and play it ad nauseum throughout the whole Christmas season.

I can't believe I haven't mentioned this CD. Celtic Christmas- Edens Bridge. I use it every year to wake my girls up on Christmas morning. It is the most beautiful music and if you buy only one from this CD you must have Breath Of Heaven.

Pam, I checked it out and, wow . . . I bought it. OMGosh I need to stay away from this thread. The only one I didn't buy was Straight No Chasers and now I'm thinking I need to just do it and get it over with.
Ok, I had to come back. . . did you say you have to wake your girls up every year on Christmas day??? All those years of no sleep. . . I want to be you at Christmas.
