Default what are your kids or you for Halloween?

Lana is Elmo (haha!) which she picked out all on her own! I wasn't planning on dressing up but we got a last minute party invitation, so I'm going to be a Dr since I wear scrubs to work & have access to medical gloves & masks. Then I'm using Lana's toddler Dr kit which has all plastic Dr goodies to bring with me. It's lame, I know, but that's what you get only giving me 36hrs notice & I had to work today as well

My son and two of his friends are dressed as a Mariachi band... they all love music so it was the perfect choice and easy on the parent.. just a big hat and a striped cape :-) my granddaughter is Cinder-bella... we told her it was Cinderella but since her name is Bella she insists it's Cinderbella

I have a Spiderman and a "Glamorous" Witch. One hour until trick-or-treating and the excitement in the air is palpable!

Spencer is a construction worker. He has a plaid shirt, jeans, a toolbelt, Lugg boots, and a helmet he doesnt like to wear. Its hard to even get him dressed in the morning so we tried to keep it simple for him to avoid a battle.

Makenna is a butterfly. (A hand me down from a friend!)

Well...I have a Halloween costume story! Jake (2 years old) is obsessed with the moon and stars. I spent around $50 including shipping on the NASA space shuttle flight suit for toddlers. When it arrived about one month ago, I made the mistake of telling Jake that he was an astronaut going to the moon. He was afraid to wear it! He didn't want to leave Mommy and go to the moon. We spent the whole month of October trying to convince him that he wouldn't go anywhere if he put it on. We finally got it on him on Thursday...for his school party. I think telling him that he would be the only kid without a costume worked! He had a blast trick or treating tonight!

Aww! The little guys are so funny about wearing their costumes. Glad it all worked out for everyone!
My 9 yr old went as a rockstar. It was very scary, especially for Mom and Dad! LOL!

Super hero theme here - My MIL found batman and spiderman costumes for the boys early in the month. I wasn't sure what my DD was going to be until one of the boys said girls couldn't be superheros. Well, that did it for me so we ended up with batgirl as well.

Aww, that's so cute, Angie!

Amy was a fairy princess for the nursery party, last night I was Mama Cass and DH was Oscar Wilde (We were at a party where the theme was dead celebrities).

I love getting dressed up, though I tend to lack the will to make much of an effort.
