Default sick

both my daughters are sick today. Chloe woke up with a fever and Alexa had a sore throat yesterday and fever all night. I am on flu watch with both of them. We were all going to get our flu shots today too, ugh.

Oh no. I hope they're better soon and that it's not the flu.

Fingers crossed that they just have colds and that after a little rest they'll be feeling better!

Thanks. Its so scary to be sick with that H1N1 virus out there, a young boy just died in Ontario from it. My oldest daughter definitely has a flu, we are keeping a close eye on her and Chloe seems to be fighting it, just a slight fever.

Oh no. My single mom friend and her two young daughters have had H1N1 for 2 weeks. She reminded me that it's only 1% who have problems from it; the rest (like her) just feel really bad for the duration. Hope they are feeling better soon.

Hope they feel better soon, and you take care not to get so over tired with taking care of them. You have to keep your strength and resistance high at times like this.

I'm hearing many people say that h1n1 is a quick one...just 4 or 5 days. I guess that's quick for flu. Hope it's the case in your house!

Good luck with the flu. I hope it is only mild for a couple of days.

thanks! It seems like the fevers have gone and we are left with a nasty chest cough for my eldest daughter and a stuffy nose only for the littlest one
