Default That little boy.....

smiled today. At me. And nope it wasn't wind. He was STARING at me - like can I climb inside you granny -whislt I cooed and chatted and and and he smiled. So.... down in my belt notches is the fact that I saw he had dimples first and I saw him smile first.

But noone is counting.

Yep, I get tired of "experts" saying babies can't smile until they're four months old. Whaaaat-ever! (or, as my 22-month-old says, "whaaaaa-labala!")

Congratulations! One of the sweetest moments ever, and I'm sure it's doubly sweet as a grandmother.

Sweet! But maybe you should just keep that knowledge to yourself (smugly of course!) and let the parents think THEY were the first ones to see him smile? And we all know the truth, so...

I can tell you as one who had no sense of boys that the grandson, especially the first, is divine. And it only gets better every day. SO happy for you, lady.
