It came with my Honda and we kept it after the trial ended. I'm not a fan of today's talk radio nor of all the advertising on FM stations, so I love it.
It's fantastic for music, news and interviews. Great for traveling, too!

I have XM in my suv, it came with it too, and we ended up keeping it after the trial ran out...But my husband has serius in his work truck, and its WAY better! I know that they have merged and all that, but on Serius, you can pause, record and relisten to a song over and over if you want....the stations are the same but I'm so envious of his ability to do that, makes the XM more like any old radio station...
Just my two cents

I didn't know you could do that with Sirius! Sounds very cool.
Stacy, I think some of the stations might have more DJ blabber, but the ones I listen to don't. There are so many choices!

Our Jetta TDI came with 6 months of serius. We'll be subscribing when the 6 months is over. We love it.

We've had XM for five years now, because we don't get to see any baseball on TV and DH wanted to be able to hear the games, and XM had the MLB contract before they merged. We love it, terrestrial radio is annoying and isn't going to last much longer. So since XM and Sirius merged, I'd see if there are features of one or the other that you prefer.

We've had Sirius for years and love it. I'm not in the car as much anymore since I'm retired, but you can also listen to it on the computer while you have another window open to do other things -- like scrap! I love the oldies, Bluegrass, and classical stations and don't find too much DJ blabber. Around Christmas, they also have a station devoted strictly to songs of the season which always gets me in the holiday spirit.

I think it is one or the other... I just got a new car recently and we have XM free for 3 months. I love it! I'm pretty sure I'm going to extend. I saw that you can get just the music for $9.99 per month, which is what I would do. I don't want to hear people blabbering on and on and on. Talk radio makes me nuts.

I rec'd a one year subscription with my crysler and love it...definately will be extending it - "Hair Nation" is my favorite 80's music station, lol
I also love listening to The Martha Stewart Channel and my boys love that we can also listen to most hockey games. I think it is only about $16.00 p/mo for another one year subscription |

I love my XM subscription! I listen to it in my car, at home on the computer, and at work on the computer! I love that I don't have to bring music with me on roadtrips. There are SO many stations to choose from, and I think Mary is right that it XM and Sirius are one and the same thing now.
