Take it one day (or minute, or hour) at a time - try not to focus on the bad that could (but might not) happen in the future so that you have the energy to deal with today. Be there for both your brother and your dad as much as you can be. Think of something everyday to be thankful for & focus on that. You are in so many thoughts and prayers here at DD - let that be a strength for you. *hugs*

Hi Aino, I'm shocked. What terrible news. I'm glad you find support/strenght here, you need it so bad right now. And then to think you are so far away. That's horrible.

You allready had many, but I wanna give you a big hug too. I will think of you and your family....

Aino - thinking of you at this difficult time - proud of you too, because you are doing what you can as it needs to be done - having travelled a similar journey with my own dad I know how tempting it is to try and deal with the whole picture all at once and then we are swamped. One day at a time, one breath at a time and we can cope. Love to you and yours today.

This is so much to take in all at once. I just want you to know that I am really sorry and I hope things will look up soon and that there are treatments that will give them some help.

Dropping in to let you know this is still heavy on our hearts Aino. You are loved among so many, and that goes out to your family too. I'm thinking of you.
