Oh, Tracy, I know exactly how you feel. I accidentally deleted a whole day of pictures when we were in Dublin in June. It's a horrible, sinking, pit-of-the stomach feeling when you realize what you've done.
I hope you can recover them!

How awful. I've done the same thing and it feels terrible. I didn't even know there was a way to retrieve 'lost' photos so let us know how you go - could be something for me to remember for the future if it happens again.
