There is a small pic at Caring Bridge it doesn't transfer well to here. But my sincere THANKS to you all also... Maureen
btw, Sharlah said unfortunately her husband [Dick's (!!) son] threw the card envelopes away. but she does know there was a gift from Oregon. ~~~~~~ We are happy to be home again! yeah! The doctor let us go home early, as long as we agreed to home antibiotics through the IV. We arrived home (Mond night) and had a home care nurse come show us how to do the antibiotics. We just have to make sure we are very sterile. I did my first one this evening. so far ...good! We have a long road ahead, and I have to remind myself to have faith in our Lord. Dr. Panchusing, one of our Dr's, said to be prepared to come back while her anc is still 0. He will be prepared for the calls and wants us to be prepared to make them. Not exactly news we love, but at least we can come home for awhile. We love all the nurses and doctors at Desert Banner Hem/Onc but there is no place like home. I want to thank those of you who have sent good thoughts Bekah's way. So many people, (family, friends, grandma's scrapbooking friends, our neighbors and friends of friends) have sent good thoughts, prayers, cards, and special little somethings to Bekah. This means so much to our family - knowing that so many pray for her. While Bekah may not fully realize how many people pray for her recovery/remission of Aplastic Anemia, but her mommy and daddy do! It helps to keep us strong! Please pray that Bekah will remain healthy enough to stay home and her body will begin to make healthy bone marrow steam cells. (Especially the white nuetraphil cells.) We love you all... ~Sharlah Romans 12:12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer

Parise God she and family are home for a while at least. And keeping her in prayer can keep her there until recovery has come to her body! Keep only positive thoughts!
Prayers are sure continuing for her and all of you. With all of us praying we surely will be able to keep her covered in prayer thought the entire day! Let's aim for that!! Thanks so much for the update. Great news!!! |
