What a happy way to start the day... Good News from Anke! The one thing about heart surgery is that you will see so many good changes each day... forgot about the chest tubes... Boyd was so uncomfortable with those in too. Once your DH is in a regular room he'll start feeling and looking better each day. Keep updating... we're anxious to hear all!

Hi Anke, what a relief that your husband is feeling better already. Glad that the operation did go well. I think once the tube gets out, he will feel even more better. Unbelievable isn't it, how soon the patient can walk again and get up after such a heavy surgery. I wish you all the best and thank you for the update. I have to check the forum more often, because I only now saw your message.
