Hi everyone, I must say this was such a surprise. Just loaded my first page yesterday on this site, and 12 hours later have 11 comments and all of you know that I was new.
My first question is how did you know? The comments was amazing and everybody says welcome. Thanx for the welcoming guys. Just a bit stupid still with the site. I can not find the spot where I should load my own picture. Seeing all your smiles, I would at least want to smile back. Can you please help? I live in South Africa, is married with three kids which is my full time job. Mariette

Welcome! This community is wonderful, as you'll soon find out.
To upload your picture, go to the link "User CP" on the purple bar that is right below where it will say "Digital Scrapbooking Community". Then, on the left there is a list of links called "Your Control Panel". There is an "Edit Profile Picture" link. If you go there you can upload your picture. Welcome again!

First and foremost welcome to the gallery... The answer to the first question is 1) there is a count by your number of posts for those that are more number oriented 2) I hadn't seen your name before 3 )I noticed because your pictures and page was pretty darn good. You will get to know the site and everyone will help along the way - you have found a site where everone truly seems to care and to help each other. There's a lot of talented designers and tons of talented people who post pages to see. To insert your picture there's an icon that says insert image, before you insert it copy the http address by clicking on the properties of your gallery page or whoever else's your using highlight it all click copy in this listing click paste and it will show up like magic. 4) i'm going to pass on a few secrets.... new stuff comes out on Saturday it's 20% off on the weekend...save your money because I'm told there's a lot of cool stuff this week ....it happen's every week 1 item is 50 cents. 5)thrifty Thursdays they put out a sale and another new item that's 99 cents. 6) in the gallery people use a link to make it easy to find the products they used and there is an icon that it took me months to find out about 7) its a favorite icon click on what you like when you see it do not wait do not think I'll do it later just add it. I talk to much have since I started talking...most importantly know that this site will allow you to change and grow at whatever pace you have time for. 8) your way ahead of me I didn't find this quik link section for months.
