Thumbs down Help Unzipping files

Today I bought about 10 files from DD. For some reason 2 of them won't unzip like the others did. I have Windows Vista and normally after I download I go to the compressed file and right click on it. Then I go down and click Extract all.

I've just started collecting digi supplies. The same thing happened with a few files from another site. I'm kind of frustrated because I paid for the things and can't open them!

Any help? Anyone?

Have you tried dowloading the files again? Something may have gotten messed up during your download.

You get 5 chances to unzip each of the products you've purchased (I know this from experience when I had problems opening up an item). Like Katrina said, I would go back to your account and try to download the file one more time. Katie & Randy are great about making sure you get what you paid for!

I'm having the same problem, especially with certain kits. I've tried everything, but have an email in for help. I also have vista.

I was having a problem too with downloads. The transfer rate was TERRIBLE and more often than not the download would fail. I called our phone company today and the problem was fixed, woohoo. Just in time for Thrifty Thursday!
Maybe yours also has to do with your internet provider?

Hi Katie,
Yes, my issues are resolved, I think. I only had trouble with 1 kit and think I totally frustrated your DH. He ended up giving me a coupon for refund. I probably was just doing something wrong. It's the first problem I ever had with a kit, though.

I'm just having a brain fog day--although I did finally fix a long standing problem with all my original brush files.

Thank you for all the great help on this site. It's the best!
