Just a little tip for MAC users. Being new to MAC I've been exploring all the shortcuts. I found that I need to use the Control+Tab key on a MAC as well to cycle through open files in PS because the Command+Tab actually cycles through open Applications. I use Cmd+Tab to switch between Bridge and PS all the time.
