Hi, I'm new here, and have a question about something I can.not. figure out!
I just downloaded the Ali Edwards handrawn days and months brush set. I save it, get it unzipped, ect. ect. When I go into Elements and try to load my brush.. I click on the abr aedwards link, click load, it pops me back to my brush pallette, but the brushes aren't there! I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I've googled everything I can think of, and nothing is working! Thanks so much ~Rachel |

Try resetting PSE and trying again:
Close PSE. Hold Shift + Cmd/Ctrl + Opt/Alt at the same time while you relaunch the software. It will prompt you with this window . . . click YES. Then try to load them again.

Check your account to see if you have any downloads of that product remaining. If so, try downloading again to see if it works. If not, contact customer service and they'll help you get a new file.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I'm out of downloads, so I have contacted customer service and am waiting to try again. I did figure out that I could open the PNG file in elements, recolor it, and then place the day over my photo. It's not as easy as using a brush, but I was glad to have figured that out!
