Hello, I am somewhat new to photoshop cs3 extended. I have seen some layouts using Katie Pertiet's asst. tape as a mask. I think that is the right term. They have used the tape and filled it in with a pic. I am trying to figure out how to do it. I have done the normal create clipping mask, but it only uses one of the pieces of tape not all of them. I tried to link all the pieces together, but it still does the same thing. What else should I be doing ? Thanks so much!!! Wendy

If I could chime in here... Those tutorials are going to teach you MUCH more than masking... and you'll pick up a ton of shortcuts for PS CS3- which will help you become more efficient. :-)

ok, I have the tuts and am still not getting it. I was following the blending book cloth tut but my tape is still the same as it was when I put in on the paper. It didn't take on the paper color at all. I am also wanting to use several pieces of tape to take on one pic. If you need to email me privately you may.
I have went over it so many times. I am sure that it is something simple that I am doing. Thanks so much!!!
