Okay, so I've about HAD IT with Shoebox. It continues to relocate digital files when I tag them and it's making me loose my mind!
For those of you that use Lightroom, can you use it to organize and tag files? Can you tag all file types that we use for digi srapping? I like Bridge but it's wonky about attaching keywords to certain files types, PSD being one of them which makes NO sense to me! I had a similar experience with Apperture. Praying for a resolution as I've spent HOURS and HOURS organizing and tagging my 12,000+ elements and having them disshelved like this is sending me OVER THE TOP!!!!! It's fair to say that I've followed all of the threads about the various ways to organize. For the neurotic mind I have and the way that I scrap, I REALLY need a tagging system. I can't rely on my memory for what I have and I almost never scrap kits. I need to be able to search for paper or fasteners or overlays, etc. See what i mean? TIA

I don't mean to discourage you, Denise, as so far it seems that I'm the only person this is happening to. ...or at least the only one that has noticed it. As far as Shoebox goes, the file is still there so unless you can see at a glance that your file structure has changed when looking at in Finder, you may not notice. I'm neurotic so it's a big deal to me!
Anyone else?
