File Decompression Failure
Can anyone tell me what might be wrong? I have tried to download a purchase, and used up all of my downloads trying, and Randy has been nice enough to give me more even, but it is still giving me a decompression failure. The other items on the same purchase all downloaded just fine, before, since and during, (so it isn't bandwidth or connection problems) but this same one repeatedly gives me "decompression failed" in my download folder. And, of course, it was the item I wanted to use first. Sigh. Never had this happen in all of my downloads/purchases, and believe me, those have been many. ;-) Any ideas?

Hi Kathie,
We had a problem with a couple of items but I think they have been fixed as of a little bit ago. If you're still having trouble can you please email me fdirectly and we'll get it fixed! Thanks, Katie
