I am up way too late, but finally finished a book so I can cash in on the free book deal Graham's first two years - month by month!

I feel as though the last few days are a blur! Shutterfly offered a free 8x8 and I had already planned to put this book together for my sons for Christmas, but hadn't even started! So I gotter done! I think it took about 24 hours of work-I have never kept track before. I kept it simple and used Katie's ad challenge template, her template from one of the inspiration challenges, a bit of notepaper, and Anna's ArtPlay No4

I had the same free book offer from Shutterfly, so I used what I already had and made a book about Sweetie (and friends). It's pretty mismatched, but the kids will like it anyway
Here is the link

Valerie- I used Ali's word art brushes. I used Neutral Hello Baby Book (album) and Hello Summer.

Thanks for asking!

Well, I can tell that I have been away from DD for way to long-can't even remember how to do a hyperlink! The free offer from Shutterfly came just at the right time, I finished my beach vacation book and you can find it here-Beach Vacation 2009

I also had the free 8x8 to use, I had even decided to not use it because I thought I didn't have enough time - until I saw Laura's book. I just loved the simplicity, so I took my unscrapped pictures from this summer and threw together a book yesterday and barely got it submitted in time. Thanks for the inspiration Laura! Its here:

Kristin, I couldn't figure out how to leave a comment on your book!! But I just loved the flow of it - from the introduction to the ancestors and ancestral home, through the men to the cousins and grandchildren. The "one last look" was a brilliant concept for all the sundry photos to wrap it up, and that last page left such a sense of closure! Brilliant!!

I have put two photobooks into Shutterfly community from our vacations

1) Edinburgh 2003 which is based on Katie Pertiets Simple Memories template

2) and then one I have had there for a longer time - my first photobook made with 101 pages and with some DD stuff, especially Anna Aspnes and some other designers: USA 2006. It's about our vacation to Florida, Maine and NYC.

I made a book last year for Bailey called Critters. I thought she'd like looking at the animals, but she didn't give it a second glance.

Jake, on the other hand, has worn it out. So I made another one for him. It is simple, no embellishments, just Katie's Naturally Krafty paper as background. Boys R Gross and Traveling Typewriter are the fonts.

My mom and two of her best friends took a three week trip in a motorhome across the USA. She is 72 and her friends are 63 and 75! And the yorkie that went is 6. I did this book for them using the photos and emails that they sent/took along the way. They made it back safe and sound and they are still friends!!

I just made a book as a gift for my niece, using her Bridal photos. I found the Alandia Collection to be perfect with this type of photo. Thanks for looking!
