Wow Christine,
This treasure was well worth the effort! Your little one is soooo cute and quite fashionable--love the Christmas dress and the snow hat and pink jacket. Looks like you enjoyed a Christmas full of love!

Patricia,
I totally enjoyed each and every page! Some of my favs--back to school photo, last page--all is calm, pages 10 and 11, and that cute face and layout on pages 28 and 29! Just beautiful!

Erin,
Another amazing book from you! Really like the simplicity of the white and red. The love and devotion of your marriage and family fill these pages. I'm sure your dear husband will be so touched with your tribute of appreciation!

First off, thank you to everyone who has been commenting on my album pages. I can't tell you how much the encouragement and comments have meant to me and helped me push through to the end before the deadline. THANK YOU!

I completed the album tonight - will proof it and double check tomorrow before ordering.

Just finished Bailey's "brother-free" album. She'd been feeling left out so I gathered pictures of her from baby til now and put them together.

Well, somehow I was able to take 52+ photos and throw this book together in time to make the free book after work last night. So, not exactly a work of art but kind of fun. And, done with 30 minutes to spare! my book

First I have to say everyone's books are so gorgeous and the life lesson book by BritGirl will be a christmas present for my cousins this year. I just love this idea!!!!!!!!

I got started in Digital Scrapbooking because of these books and honestly I learned of designer digitals because all the books I loved had your products! Here are my links (I am sorry that I don't have DD products in them, like I said I didn't know about yall then)

This is one I did for my honey's 30th Bday (I saw it on the community and loved the idea, I want to say someone from DD did the book originally)
http://community.shutterfly.com/gall...OGrBiyagKv270c

This is one I did for my daughters birth
http://community.shutterfly.com/gall...OGrBiyag8ZEn40

This is one I did for my niece highlighting some of my favorite photos of her:
http://community.shutterfly.com/gall...OGrBiyagvrbiBK

My uncle passed last year and I did this for my aunt:
http://community.shutterfly.com/gall...OGrBiyaisixT1A

I did this as a christmas gift to my mom, we had an amazing christmas photoshoot and I couldn't pick just one photo so I gave her all of them!

Here are the two books that I just finished this week. Both of them were started about 6 months ago and I finally got around to finishing them! (With a little incentive from the BOGO coupon from DD and the sale at Shutterfly!)

The first is my "Week in Our Life" book which was the result of Ali's challenge to document a week in our lives back in September 2008. I'm really happy with how it turned out. I managed to capture most of the everyday things in our lives. Hopefully it will be something really neat to look back on when the girls are grown.

The second is my Maui book from the 10 Weeks 2 Treasure challenge here at DD (I'm a couple of challenges behind!) The pictures are old and taken with an old cheap camera (it was 1997!), but I still wanted to make a nice memory book of the trip since it was when dh and I got engaged.

TFL!!

Just wanted to share a couple of books I finished in the past month or so.

One is a keepsake of our family trip to Minneapolis a couple years ago:

The other is a "Day in the Life" account I put together for myself last month.

Enjoy!!

Kristen, Your books are wonderful! I love the format of the Minneapolis book. I really like how you used the maps in the background and put the white space around the journaling. Really nice effect! The Day in the Life is also great! Love how you documented your day.

Thanks ... I had a lot of fun doing both of them. And now I feel so good about completing them! I started the Minneapolis one two years ago right after we got back as a paper album, then stuck it in a drawer. I decided last month to start over and do it digitally and managed to get it done.

I have just finished and ordered my first shutterfly book... it will be arriving in a few days. It is a gift for my Daughter, and is all the layouts that I did for their family in 2008. I am so excited to see it. And shutterfly just emailed me saying that they are featuring it, which is sure an honor. I wish I knew how to put the picture of the book here, but a link will have to do. Thanks for looking!

Default question about Shutterfly cropping pages

Hi, I made a Shutterfly album, but it seemed that Shutterfly slightly cropped each of my 12X12 pages. Has anybody else experienced this? Is there a solution so this doesn't happen? Thanks.

you need to keep anything of importance within 1/4" of the edges because they need to trim in order for the printing to go all the way to the edges. Hope that makes sense.

Whew! Just finished this project that had kept me busy for quite some time -- collecting the photos was the hardest part. It's an album celebrating my dad's first 70 years -- he turns 70 on May 27th. I can't post in the gallery for fear my dad will see it -- he tends to keep track of me

Dad's 70th birthday album
