Font question- how do you do this?

How do you make the font look transparent? Is there a tutorial? Is it part of the template?

Highlight the layer for your text and change the opacity. It's above your layers palette. Have fun! :O)

It is a neat look isn't it? You're going to have lots of fun with the technique of changing the opacity! Easy and so effective.
