Problem w/DSMagazine. help Cassie/Patti/Anna?
I have a subscription for DSM. Before i got it in the mail i had peeked in the bookstore and remembered one of Cassie's LOs...well, i get mine in the mail and i am stumped as it was not in there. So i thought maybe i was looking in the wrong magazine. Long story short, after looking thru gobs of scrabooking magazines without finding it, i realize it really WAS in DSM (because i found it in the store one), but the one i got in the mail is missing pages 19-35!Arghh...no rips or anything...but like it was bound without a hunk of pages. I have tried the website to contact someone to see if they would send me another...but dang! I can't find anyplace to contact! Can someone help me get to where i need togo to get a new mag sent to me? Thanks for any help!

Hi, Tami - I'm so sorry this happened to you. There is a subscription services number you can call: (888) 247-5282. They should be able to get it straightened out.

Tami,
I had a similar problem, and they were EXTREMELY helpful replacing the defective copy. (In my case, the copy registration was off, making pages unreadable.) They are probably already aware of the situation, and will be happy to make it right. In my case, I e-mailed the magazine and received a very prompt and courteous response from one of the editors. Page six or similar always has the number for subscription services (it's the listing of the staff and information)

I feel like such a BOOB!
 Guess it was a brain-fry moment...i was trying to find the numbers on the website and it had not even occurred to me to look in the magazine itself--DOH! Anyways...the situation has been resolved...thanks!

I checked my copy today to see if mine was missing pages... seemed thin.. but there seemed to be more info.
