Newbie question on orders

Hi there everybody! I hope I'm not breaking any rules by asking this here but can any of you help me with a question on an old order? I ordered some kits about 4 months ago and because of a sick computer I've been unable to completely download all of my kits. Now on my newer computer when I try to download that order it says I have downloads available but the download button is not there. Can anyone explain to me how to access these items? Does it have to be on my old sick computer ( the one I placed the orders with?)

It shouldn't make any difference which computer you use coz it'll be all about your login...but...
all downloads have a limit on the time the're available after you've paid for them - they don't last for ever.

The only thing I can suggest is that you contact the store owner and left them know your problem - I've had a similar problem and the store reactivated the link, but that was only a couple of days after the link had expired - if it is months and months ago, I'm not sure if they'll be able to help in the same way.
