Default KTEE or Randy?

OK - Katie (or Mr Randy) - I am not
sure why I am getting this warning tonight!
I am really NEW in photoshop & maybe I am saving the wrong way - if it helps here is how I saved the particular image I am trying to load!
my first attempt I just saved like I always do -
at a 10 baseline standard the file was 812kb
that didnt work so I have worked my way down the scale & the last try I attempted as follows
382 KB (saved as JPEG as a 4)
I even attempted as save to web.
ANY help on what I am doing wrong!!!
HERE is the warning I receive:
(KTEE this is different from when I had problems last week
then I didnt get any warnings it just simply would not upload!!)

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 750 bytes) in sorry - for bothering you - but I am just befuddled by it!

Actually, I'm having the same problem uploading a layout tonight and I'm doing it the same way I always do. I'm actually glad to hear that someone else is having problem and it's not just me! Is anyone else having problems uploading? I'm sure our fearless leaders will get to the bottom of this!

Okay, update. The message only comes when I try and upload into the 'Write Now Challenge' Category. I just uploaded into the Team Gallery without a problem.

I CAN go back and edit the photo and move it to the Write Now gallery though.

Sarah,

This one was tougher, I cleared your uploaded queue so try to upload 1 file at a time to see if it works. You had one image in the queue that was HUGE so that could have been the problem.

just got this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13200 bytes) in on line 99
like i said maybe its the way i save in pse - didnt change anything from before but maybe its just too big a file - i dont know - thanks for your work randy - i am sure it gets tedious!

Do you still have items waiting in queue? If so delete them if you can. Also, make sure you save the images to a smaller size. The image size in bites should be 40 - 150k

still getting:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13200 bytes) in
I tried using something that i had already loaded in the gallery last week & it wouldnt accept it this time -so i am not sure what to do next.
I am really unfamiliar enough with pse that i only know one way to save things - it had always worked - i am not sure how to adjust it to a smaller file for saving if that is the problem.
