Oh Katie
Just because I'm so curious and have often wondered...
how do you pronounce your last name? In my mind I'm saying it with a french accent.. Per-t-aa But I'm probably completely off! Inquiring minds want to know.

LOL! not the easiest name, eh?
My maiden name was Kenedy... a little easier... but you pronounce my last name Per-Teet HTH! BTW--dh, aka Mr IT, aka “the man behind the curtain”... is the same

Ok, ok, no making fun of my last name...
I did some family research last year. The name was originally Petit when my great-grandfather came from Germany. Then he changed it to Pertit. The e was added because the kids were getting teased at school (per tit).
