All of our Designer's Terms are available on the left hand side of the Shopping section.

The products at DesignerDigitals are for your personal use. Any use outside of creating your own personal scrapbooks or as gifts for others is not allowed. Please contact the designers products you use for permission beyond personal scrapbooks and paper crafts.

The products available at DesignerDigitals.com are not 'clip art'. They are copyrighted creations that are not to be reproduced in any manner for commercial gain.

**UPDATE JUNE 2009**

we have changed our gallery guidelines. We have gone to an earned posting process which does not flip like a switch so I might need to check your status but basically if you are not posting with DesignerDigitals products or very rarely then you are allowed 1 layout post per day. If you are posting with DesignerDigitals products for the most part you are allowed 3 posts per day [which is most people] and if you have been posting with DesignerDigitals products and have been for a LONG TIME then you are allowed 8 posts per day.

Hope that makes sense to everyone and we think it's a great way to encourage our products! Please let me know if you have any questions!
