New non-typical Heritage Challenge on the blog

Check out the February Heritage Challenge [no. 49] on the DD Blog this morning. We are scrapping one of our old photos from the 70's or later in a non-typical heritage way.

I asked for volunteers from the CT for this challenge and immediately Sharon [Shannamay] & Carol [carollee] rallied to help me! You will love their pages on the blog and love them even more when they are posted in the Heritage Gallery.

I hope that you will join us and create a layout of your own for the Heritage gallery.

I found the photo I was thinking of, then I found another one that would go perfectly with one of Kayleigh's beautiful layer works. Sadly it wasn't working for me today. No mojo! Hopefully it will return tomorrow! But before I try it again, what is your definition of modern? Everyone can have their own definition!

Kim . . . you are so right about the definition of modern. I guess I wasn't thinking of different takes on Mod! I would say that anything goes with this challenge. I'll keep an eye out for your page . . . hope that your mojo comes back soon!!

Thanks Mollie!! Last night when I was trying to fall asleep I was thinking of what I could do with the first photo I thought of!! Hope to play later this afternoon (if not in the next few days)!

My mojo was back somewhat today, but not full force, so I relied on a beautiful layered template by Kayleigh! I cheated just a bit though sorry! The date of my photo isn't from the 70's or earlier.
