Shutterfly Help...can't post to gallery.

Has anyone used the all new custom path? I just finished my December book using this feature and now it won't let me post it to the gallery since it's not a classic book. So frustrating that I can't show everyone my finalized book

Yea, had the same issue with my 365 book ... they are forcing us to the use the "all new custom path" but their own program won't let you post an "all new custom path" book to the gallery. And the response even says "only classic books may be posted to the gallery" ... does that mean when they get rid of the classic book option, the gallery will also go away ???? Makes NO sense to me. I ended up going back to the classic book option and redoing my book so I could post it to the gallery. If it wasn't for a $50 gift certificate that I needed to use, I would have signed out immediately and moved on to another print company.

Okay I figured it out...

- make your book using the all new custom path
- post your book using their new share site!

When I finished my book I had issues as well! The only way I could share it was giving others the option to buy the book as well! This, I wasn't a fan of! I called about five times in one day and I kept being told that only I could buy it! However I had a good friend and my mom help me out and they were able to add it to their shopping cart...after i was told they couldnt! I finally found a rep that knew how to do his job and just deleted the my book from the share site! They just have too many confusing changes!
