Default Action

If you want to show action, like someone moving or make it look like it, does anyone know how to do that. It is major simple to do, but of course I forgot.
It was a tip of the week, but not 100% it was on here, though I don't go many other places. You go to filter and forgot after that

All of the tips of the week are here:Adobe Photoshop or Elements Tip of the Week - Digital Scrapbooking Tips DesignerDigitals
You might find the action blur there, or perhaps you're thinking of Jana's new class that people have been doing. There's an action style lesson in that.

I think there is a filter that can give you motion blur.
