Default Transfer photo to wood - easy Christmas gift

This looks like a great Christmas idea. It brings back memories of high school (30 years ago . . . gasp) because we did this way back then. I am going to get the "ingredients" and make this with my DILs.

OMG! Thanks so much for sharing!!!! I have been struggling with a gift idea for my BFF and I think this will be PERFECT!! Can you get laser copies at places like Staples?!?!!?

If you are doing photos of people, wouldn't you want to "flip" the picture BEFORE printing it since it is the reverse that is left on the block on the block - like a mirror image?!?! For some people it maybe wouldn't make a difference, but my mom has a scar next to her mouth and the mirror image would look odd to me. Same with somebody who parts their hair on the side - would be parted on the wrong side, etc.
