Where can I get quality Photo Calendars?

Can anyone recommend a good site to create custom photo calendars? In the past I used Photoworks to create calendars for holiday gifts but the site closed this year. They offered unique, upscale styles & sizes such as an 11x8 calendar that had 2 pictures and a calendar grid on the same page. It allowed custom dates and captions, was printed on heavy cardstock, had european style hangers and the font and color of calendar grid matched the style of the calendar. I checked Shutterfly and Snapfish but most of the designs and backgrounds seemed more appropriate for kids pictures and the calendar grid was normally black and white with a plain font. I'm in Australia and used Snapfish last year. I put a layout on the top and the grid underneath. It was totally brilliant. Plus on birthdays I could fill the date box with a persons photograph.
