Default Cheapest way to buy photoshop

Where is the cheapest place to buy Photoshop? I have the Extended Edition and it does not allow me to edit RAW photos so I'd like to buy the non Extended Edition and was wondering the cheapest place.

I hadn't heard of PS Extended Edition - so I looked it up! It seems strange that the "Extended" version of CS4 would be missing that key feature! I'll let some of the PS gurus clarify that issue.
For me, I use LightRoom to edit my RAW files.

Oh, duh! I just realized that have the Extended version too!!
I just double checked, and it opens my Canon .CR2 files fine - via a converter/import dialog.

You might have to set the preferences to open the RAW files in Adobe Camera Raw instead of right into PS. There is an option for it.
