Default Help! Accidentally purchased two of many, many items

I transfered my wishlist to my basket and there were many, many duplicates. I should have noticed that the price was rather high, but I had so many, I thought that it was just the number of items I was purchasing. So I don't know how to try to get a credit or refund for the duplicate items.

That must have given you a horrible shock!! I think we've all done that at one time or another. Katie and Randy are always terrific at sorting it out.

The best way to avoid this, is to never add items to cart directly from the wishlist, but instead open them in a new window/tab and add from there. I think that if you add an item to your wishlist more than once, it might add more than once to your cart too.

I've done it at least twice (smiles sheepishly). DD was great at fixing it right up! Now I'm trained to double check myself before purchasing. Leslie

I guess i just did the same thing too. I didn't realize it until i went to download it and save the file. I only added one item from my wishlist. Must have been that item. How embarrassing. I assumed it would show 2 in the number of items so i watched that box. I don't usually buy so many items at once. So you say DD shows mercy and grace? Do i e-mail or will Randy or Katie see my mistake here? Thank you so much.

I would contact Randy directly It is hard for them to read every thread and things get missed.
