Default 10x10 D-ring?

Does anybody know where to get 10x10 D-ring albums?

I remember vaguely reading something about it related to the Persnickety Prints, but I'm too lazy to search the threads at the moment. Hoping someone will guide me in the right direction.

Hmmmm.... I didn't know there were 10X10 D-ring albums. I would love that option instead of 8X8 for my kids albums.

Well I googled for you Heidi, and didn't come up with anything. I tried scrapbook.com since they have such a good stock of albums etc but no 10x10 there. I think Persnickity is unique in offering books that size??

you would think there would be a lot more out there in that size... it really would be a perfect in-between size

I believe LoriS had a 10X10 book made from Persnickity but it was a bound book.

Yes, I know about the bound options, and I also see that Persnickety offer 10x10 singles, and that would be perfect.. As long as I have something to put them in

Well you could always go the Ali Edwards route and cut and stitch an 8x10 but that's way too much work for me! And still, you'd have to use a 8x10 binder but they are as common as dirt.

Sounds like this might be a question for Persnickity! I'll call them.

I spoke with Kenny at Persnickity - I love that when you call you get a real person, often Kenny, who is nice, helpful and all the good things customer service can and should be! He said, no they don't sell binders like that because 10x10 is usually a standard wedding photo. (who knew? not me.) He said you may find albums this size designed for wedding pictures or some old ones with the sticky back pages. Other than that...it's a void in the market.

I guess 8x8 became popular because you can print that size on the standard 8x10 paper and still get a couple of smaller pics on the page and do it at home.

Or what about printing a 10X10 and mounting it on cardstock for a 12X12? I sure wish someone would make one!

Wow, thanks for doing that, Maureen! I didn't know about the wedding albums... I had a bunch of 12x12 ordered from another site, and I love them, but would also love a little more handy sized album - the kids have a hard time holding it... Maybe I should start creating 8.5x11 instead.
