Google "fonts supplied with Windows 7" and the first hit is a list that shows you what came with the computer. Make sure it's the microsoft.com link and you should be good to go.

Julie, back when I was using a PC I DID delete all the Asian fonts that I knew we would never use at work. Other than that, I never deleted fonts supplied by the operating system.
Can you? I guess so but why? They are limited in number so if it were me, I'd rather be safe. Just my thoughts.

Maureen is right, there are foreign fonts that if you know you'll never need them, you don't have to keep them. I would keep all the standard fonts and anything that says system.
