Oops! Typo in Shutterfly Japan Book!
Well, wouldn't you know it! I try to rush through a project for Shutterfly, get it ordered in time, sigh with relief...and then gasp with horror when I see a typo two days later!
I just called Shutterfly and it's too late to make the correction to the first order, so I have to return the order unopened when it arrives (for a full refund) and place an order for the new corrected book...which I just did. So I think all is still ok with the ETA date for my sister's birthday book! The bummer is that the book with the typo is still posted in both Shutterfly and DD galleries. (I wonder how many people noticed it before I did!) Now I can breath a sigh of relief again, because Shutterfly helped me out.

Whew! That was a close call! Luckily, you noticed the error in time to get another book printed for the gift. I have a travel album with a mistake and it is on the cover! Woe is me!
Glad you can relax now. Loved your Japan book, btw!

I would suspect no one will notice, because they are enjoying your amazing photos and beautiful pages! Glad you will be able to make a plan to switch the book...................it is GORGEOUS and your sister is receiving a very special gift!

I often do not catch typos until after I have the printed page in my hand. I am glad you caught it in time. I never noticed because I too, was admiring all the beautiful details on each page!

Yes, been there done that many times - including a typo on a front cover which still irks me! That is so good of Shutterfly to refund your money and reprint!

I have typo's in my last December Daily book. Can you believe I spelt December wrong on the spine of the book.
My DH told me thats what I got for uploading to shutterfly before he had proofread them for me

Oh Sam! I mucked up the spine of one of my books which I gave away as a gift. I left the space out between two words. Grrrr.
