What View?

Hi

I'm currently teaching myself to use Photoshop Elements with the help of Cassie's amazing tutorials and was just wondering what view you find works best for you when doing a layout?

At the moment I'm using the fit on screen view as I like to see the whole page at once but that seems quite small and only fills half of the available screen space so I'm not sure if I'm missing something simple here??
