I think you can just about do them whenever you want to, just post them in the Weekly Challenge Gallery that's linked on each of the challenge threads. I think you just make a layout using the product in the thread. To be honest . . . **shhh** I've never done one. I'm a two-page-layout chronological scrapper so I've never been able to get them to "fit" in a book . . . but the freebies are awesome!

yes, when you look at the posted freebie, it tells you which gallery to stick your page in. Just create a page using the freebie for that challenge and whatever else you like and then post it in that particular gallery. That's it. You can do them whenever you can. The idea is to get your juices flowing, so to speak
