Hi

I bought the tutorial and made my way through it, except at the end she says she finished it off with 'some journaling layers' and drop shadows. I figured out the drop shadow from PSE9 but I don't know how to do a journaling layer to fit in the little note card. There is no specific layer for that, so I think I have to create a new layer.

help!

Hi, jennaz.

You can add journaling to the layout by selecting the horizontal type tool (T) then drawing a box the size you want for your journaling. Then select the desired font settings and type your journaling.

I remember vividly how frustrated I would get at times and how little I understood about the whole process when I was following instructions.
