Default Feeling like a fool...gallery upload question

What am I doing wrong???? I have tried to upload an image 4 times - each time it says I was successful but the image doesn't show in either CT spotlight gallery or Member gallery. I am logged-in, in the Spotlight Scraplift gallery, hit upload photos, browse for photo in folder on my desktop, add it, give it a title and copy in the description, hit submit, it loads and tells me upload was successful. Takes me back to the gallery - no image! I am afraid some time in the future 20 of the same image are going to show up if I keep going. I have uploaded at few times in the past and I seem to remember it being easy but I am definitely doing something wrong now. Please help someone......

Usually when that happens I find that I am uploading the full resolution page and not the reduced web size. What size is the file?

Been there, done this. You can find a quick refresher under "tips" on the top tool bar. Select "designer digitals gallery" in the far right hand column and click on #3 for complete instructions. HTH.

Your gallery is lovely! Before I upload I do a File - Save for Web and change my size to 700 by 700, but I still mess it up sometimes and leave it at 3600 by 3600 and wonder...where is my layout lol!

I wrote myself an action called "Gallery Ready". It takes my layout, flattens it, runs unshap mask, changes the size to, 700 x700 300dpi, then saves as a jpeg, all with the click on the mouse. It stops me from getting it wrong.
