Default Ordering from ScrappingSimply

I ordered a prepaid plan from ScrappingSimply when they had their last sale.
Now I've uploaded my layouts, but where do I choose that I want to pay for them with my prepaid plan? I only see an option to pay with credit card...

And do you like the matte or glossy prints best?

Heidi, I think it credits your account automatically, but it's been a while since I ordered last. I get the matte prints.

No, it keeps asking for my cc info when I try to check out... Strange. I've contacted CS, I'm sure they can help.

While I'm at this, have any of you tried their photo books (paper kiwi)? They offer lay-flat pages, I thought it looked interesting..

I am sure glad you are talking about this. I am just uploading something like 300 pages to be printed, so I need to know how to do this also

Don't know if you guys got an email from ScrappingSimply yesterday or not. Here's the details if you didn't get the email about their Super Bowl Weekend Sale. Feb 5-7 -- free shipping with $20 or more order (no coupon code needed) or 15% off and free shipping with $50 or more order, coupon code is football.

I had some 12x12 pages printed from them last year and really liked them. I didn't know you could preorder when they have a sale, I'll have to do that with their next sale.

Talked to CS - they are fantastic, by the way, really fast answers. It is set up in such a way that I have to order all pages at once, that is probably what made it want the cc number. So I have to upload enough pages to use all my 50 credits, and problem solved. Which is no problem, of course.

Oh my, what good news! I also have prepaid credits and this is just the push I needed to finally order them! Like others have said, they were automatically credited to my account when I started the checkout process. I hope you've heard from their CS about your issue. I emailed them to clarify my mailing address and got an email back in less than 5 minutes!

I have to agree their customer service is amazing. I am waiting for their annual sale in March to purchase more prepaid credits.

Their customer service is very good, so if you have any questions, I would contact them. I just placed an order for the sale and couldn't believe what a great price I got.

Ugh, I hope I don't have to use all my pre-paid credits at once. I had an issue with them when I tried to place my order, and customer service wrote back that I was out of the country. Huh?? Last time I checked Florida was still in the union. Argh!

That's how I understood it - that you have to use all at once. But remember that I'm not native English speaker. I might have misunderstood something. Of course - if you have bought 3 x 100, I suppose you can fill up one at a time?

LOL, Linda, what a funny thing!

I think their quality is outstanding! I would really double check on the ordering all at once thing... because I only buy print credits and I have never ordered more than 30-40 layouts at a time. I think to get this current sale you have to order a minimum of 50.00 and that is what is causing the issue.

Must be a sale thing because I ordered about 80 layouts awhile ago, and still have a credit for the other 120. I Love Scrapping Simply!!

well, I just ordered 297 pages I used my prepaid credits, so the 15% credit didn't apply I am sad to say (but I can understand his reasoning) He will give me credit for the shipping though. I can't wait to see all my pages in print, it's been a while since I had them printed (obviously) and never from here... I vowed to keep up with printing on a monthly basis from now on!

So, did you have to order ALL of your prepaids? 'Cuz I'm like you... I ordered 100s of them at the last big sale. And, haven't ordered any pages yet...

No, it was really simple. Beside every page I ordered there was a credit listed, that's all. I didn't have to do a thing actually. And I still have a credit of several hundred pages
