Default How do you do this?

LoriS's fabulous layout has Ali's Morning outlined. ChristmasMorning(R) - Digital Scrapbooking Ideas - DesignerDigitals

How do you do this? Is there a tutorial? I have searched through Cassie's tutorials, but I'm not sure if it is there? I have so much to learn!

Lori -it is a great technique, isn't it. You can find how to do it in Cassie's TutHow’d They Do That? No. 11: Sticker Art - Digital Scrapbooking Tutorials -you will love how simple it is to do and the great effect it gives your pages. Have fun!

Here is one of Cassie's tutorials that explains it in great detail

Here's the short version.
Ctrl/click on the wordart to select it. Ctrl/click on new layer (puts a new layer underneath) go to select/modify/expand (in CS5) and enter 8-10 pixels. with the paintbucket fill the selection with white and there you have it. Add a little shadow to the layer and call it done. Again, that's the short version for CS5, Cassie has a lot more on that and you know how great her tutorials are
