Giving credit for Challenge Paper Pack??

HI there -
very excited to find out that a layout I did will be published in Dec.
Of course I wanna give credit where credit is due... its all about the amazing DD product used but unfortuantely I am unsure how to 'credit' a paper pack Lynn made for a color challenge near the end of '08.
How do I list this?
So far I simply said "Designer Digitals Lynn Grieveson Red Striped Paper"... hhmm, what do you think??

I usually just list the designer and call it Color Challenge, 12.08.09.
